==Historia==<br />
Miguel Eguidazu transciende a su taberna junto a la [[plaza de las Tendillas]] todo lo aprendido en cocinas de Bilbao, Asturias y Bélgica. Y también la ilusión y la pasión que se le otorga a un bar pequeño del que por fin puede disfrutar, en contraste con los negocios grandes y de catering de los que proviene.<br />

Casa Tollín tiene un aire a esas tabernas de puerto del País Vasco y Asturias. Recubren sus paredes fotografías familiares, muchas en blanco y negro. En ellas destaca su bisabuelo, a quién está dedicado el nombre de este pequeño local de apenas 30 metros cuadrados.<br />

El tamaño le da el encanto que lo envuelve. Una taberna con camarero atento y con una cocina de calidad y seña de identidad. La lista de tapas con la huella personal de Miguel es larga: puerros rellenos de anchoas y jamón, garbanzos con manitas de cerdo y setas, alubias con perdiz, unas recurrentes patatas aliñadas, alcachofas confitadas con una cecina de vaca o la ensaladilla Tollín, bastante famosa también, con una base de atún, alioli y salmón.<br />
